Het sneeuwt momenteel en het is koud. Inderdaad. Maar in 1963, toen was het pas koud. Zo koud dat de Noordzee bij Scheveningen ter hoogte van de Pier was bevroren, zoals blijkt op deze foto uit het Nationaal Archief.
